These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Pipeline Solutions Group Limited, trading as Rooftop Results (“we,” “our,” “us”) and our clients (“you,” “your”). By signing up for our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

• We provide marketing services exclusively for roofing businesses.
• We create and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Your advertising spend is paid directly to Meta (Facebook), and we do not control their policies or decisions, including potential removal of your advertising account.

3. Fees and Payments

• Our services include a management fee, which covers the creation and management of advertising campaigns.
• Your advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Meta.
• If your advertising payments fail and cause your ads to stop running, we may pause our services until payment is received. Unpaid ad spend is your responsibility and must be settled before service continues.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• If, within your first month, we do not generate enough business to cover your management fee, we will issue a refund for the management fee only.
• The guarantee does not cover ad spend paid to Meta.

5. Guarantee Void Conditions

The guarantee will be void if:

• Failed Ad Payments: If your advertising payments fail, resulting in ad suspension, and we have to chase payments.
• Missed Quotations: If you do not attend a quotation appointment that could have resulted in a sale.
• Lead Follow-Up Negligence: If you fail to immediately contact leads provided to you.
• Work Abandonment: If you win a job but do not complete the work.
• Delayed Communication: If you fail to respond to us in a timely manner.
• Sales Process Issues: If you receive qualified leads with clear interest but fail to convert due to poor sales processes or negligence.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You must actively participate in the sales process by promptly following up with leads.
• You are responsible for ensuring advertising payments are up to date to avoid ad interruptions.
• You agree to comply with Meta’s advertising policies.
• You must communicate promptly with us regarding lead performance and campaign feedback.

7. Advertising Account Responsibility

• Your advertising account is owned and controlled by Meta (Facebook).
• If Meta removes or restricts your advertising account due to non-compliance with their policies, we are not liable, and no refunds will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales.
• We are not responsible for your ability to close sales or the quality of your service delivery.
• We are not liable for losses due to Meta’s platform decisions, including ad account restrictions.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
